Desert Falls

This project is a full interior renovation of a fully furnished, turnkey home featuring two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a dedicated office. The scope focused on modernizing the layout, upgrading systems and finishes, and enhancing natural light and functionality throughout.

The open-concept living area was redesigned with wide-plank flooring, a custom floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace, and oversized sliding doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The kitchen was fully remodeled with quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, new appliances, and updated lighting.

Each bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, with the primary suite featuring a custom soaking tub and spa-inspired finishes. Additional upgrades include new windows, fresh paint, updated fixtures, and modern hardware throughout.
